Depressurize the system before disassembling filters

Check pre-filter elements for contamination

Change pre-filter elements if necessary

Check pre-filter drains for condensed liquid

Drain condensed liquid from the sump of the filter housing

Check HB post-filters for desiccant dust particulate contamination

Change control no-loss drain valves

Check and change temperature probes

Remove the valve bodies from the manifold

Check and replace o-rings as necessary

Verify that the no-loss drain is receiving electric current

Check for burned out no-loss drain coil

Measure voltage and ensure it is within +/- 10% of nameplate readings

Depressurize dryer before performing any service.

Wear respiratory protection during the draining and filling process.

Remove the caps on both fill and drain ports on each desiccant tower.

Insert a small rod into the drain port to assist desiccant flow, if necessary.

Remove and clean retainer screens at the inlet and outlet piping connections.

Reattach the outlet port plug after cleaning the retainer screens.
