Enter the inlet pressure reading

Enter the inlet temperature reading

Enter the pre-filter differential pressure reading

Enter the post-filter differential pressure reading

Are the pre-filter and post-filter drains functioning properly?

Is it necessary to replace any filter cartridges based on the differential pressure indicator?

Turn control power off per shutdown procedures described in Section 9.7.

Has the dryer been depressurized to avoid injury?

Replace the muffler once the dryer has been depressurized.

Follow normal start-up procedures as described in Section 9.

WARNING: Depressurize the System

Check conditions for filter element change

Depressurize the system before disassembling filters

Rotate filter bowl counter-clockwise to loosen and remove bowl

Remove elements by pulling downward

Inspect element prior to installation

Lubricate o-rings on upper end cap if necessary

Check desiccant and replace if necessary

Inspect no-loss drain valves and check valves

Clean no-loss drain valves and check valves

Describe any worn or damaged seats and parts found

Were any seats or parts replaced?

Test and replace electrical components

Is the inlet pressure, temperature, and flow within specifications?

Check tower pressure gauge readings

Are the tower pressure gauge readings within operating tolerance?

Is the dryer cycling properly according to tower pressure gauges?
