Use damp cloths and neutral detergent to clean the appliance casing.

Ensure no abrasive or powder detergents are used.

Verify compliance with standards

Inspect safety features for proper operation.

Record the boiler pressure level.

Is the boiler pressure within the normal range?

Check for any visible leaks or corrosion.

Clean the flue side of the heat exchanger.

Check the detection and ignition electrode

Remove any oxide present on the detection and ignition electrode.

Remove deposits in the combustion chamber and clean heat exchanger coils using nylon or broomcorn brushes.

Check the integrity of the insulating panels inside the combustion chamber and replace if damaged.

Visually check for water leaks or oxidation from/on connections and traces of condensate residues inside the sealed chamber.

Unscrew the fixing screws of the ignition and detection electrodes and remove them.

Remove the insulating panel by actuating a blade under its surface.

Remove the residue of the fixing adhesive from the surface of the manifold.

Replace the insulating panel using suitable sealant.

Refit the ignition and detection electrodes using the previously removed screws and replace the relative gaskets.
