Fill upper reservoir (speed gearbox) first

Has the oil reached the red mark on level window 2?

Is the oil level below the red mark after overflow?

Remove plug 6 and drain oil if overflow occurs

Check the condition of the oil filter 5

Fill upper reservoir (speed gearbox) first

Ensure oil overflows into lower reservoir (feed gearbox)

Stop filling when oil level reaches the red mark on level window 2

Is the oil level at the red mark on level window 2?

If oil overflows, remove plug 6 and drain oil until level is correct

Clean the spindle quill with a clean cloth

Apply lubricant to the spindle quill

Ensure lubricant collects in recesses for good lubrication

Verify tight fit of spindle in its sleeve seating
