Dismantling the diaphragm and valves

Empty dosing head and flush if necessary

Set pump to 'Stop' using the [Start/stop] key

Press [Start/stop] and [100%] keys to put diaphragm into 'out' position

Ensure returning liquid is safely collected

Dismantle suction, pressure, and deaeration hose

Dismantle valves on suction and discharge side

Ensure all personal protective equipment is worn

Ensure returning liquid is safely collected

Is it necessary to flush the dosing head?

Empty and flush the dosing head if necessary

Ensure the following conditions are met

Fill a measuring beaker with dosing medium

Read off and note down the fill volume V1 (liters)

Place the inlet line in the measuring beaker

Start the calibration process in the "Setup > Calibration" menu

Record the factory calibration value displayed by the pump (liters)

Remove the inlet line from the measuring beaker

Ensure all electrical connections are carried out by a qualified electrician

Disconnect the pump from the power supply

Replace mains cable (13) and gasket (13b)

Screw in safety screw (13a) with a torque wrench

Ensure the pump is correctly installed and ready to start before switching on the power supply

Verify that plugs or protective caps are correctly installed to maintain enclosure class (IP65 / Nema 4X)

Avoid manipulating mains plug or cable

Ensure maintenance is carried out by qualified personnel

Verify authorization to open pump housing

Inspection of Diaphragms and Valves

Check for signs of wear on the following parts

Are there any worn parts that need replacement?

Replace worn parts with original spare parts made from suitable materials
