Remove test leads and any input signals before opening the case or replacing the battery or fuses.

Install only specified batteries or fuses for this product.

Place the uncovered Meter assembly on a protective surface to avoid unintended circuit shorting.

Disconnect test leads from any live source.

Remove the test leads from the input terminals.

Use a flat-blade screwdriver to turn the battery door fastener counterclockwise to unlock position.

Remove test leads from the input terminals

Use a standard-blade screwdriver to unlock the battery door

Replace the batteries, observing proper polarity

Secure the battery door by locking the fastener

Remove test leads and any input signals before replacing the battery or fuses.

Ensure only specified fuses and batteries are installed to prevent damage or injury.

Turn the meter off and remove test leads from the input terminals.

Use a standard-blade screwdriver to turn the battery door fastener to the unlock position and remove the battery door.

Gently pry one end of the fuse loose and lift it out of the fuse contacts.

Install only Fluke specified replacement fuses with the correct amperage, voltage, and interrupt ratings.

Replace the battery door and secure it by turning the battery door fastener to the lock position.

Wipe the case with a damp cloth and mild detergent

Ensure no abrasives, isopropyl alcohol, or solvents are used

Ensure no water is allowed inside the case to avoid electrical shock or damage

Ensure no solvents are applied to the Meter to avoid damaging the housing

Turn the Meter off and remove all test leads

Shake out any dirt from the terminals
