Disconnect all electrical power to the fan and secure to the 'off' position
Remove fuses and lock off the disconnect

Safety Precautions
Ensure all electrical power to the fan is disconnected and secured to the 'off' position.
Verify the unit is non-functional by removing fuses and locking off the disconnect.
Powerpack Removal
Ensure power is turned off to the fan.
Remove hood to gain access to motor compartment by pushing in two adjacent snap buttons and lifting.
Disconnect motor wiring and controls wiring (if present).
Remove the screws securing the powerpack in place.
Carefully lift out the powerpack while keeping the powerpack assembly centered to the housing.

Inspect and ensure all components are secure
Adjust and tighten components as necessary
Tapered Bushing Hub Removal
Preparation
Loosen the setscrew holding the bushing and shaft key in place, if present.
Socket Head Cap Screws Removal
Loosen and remove the socket head cap screws fastening the bushing to the hub.
Socket Head Cap Screws Installation
Select the mounting type for socket head cap screws installation
Hub Removal
Tighten the socket head cap screws an eighth of a turn at a time, alternating between the two until the hub comes loose from the bushing.
1 Monthly Bearing Lubrication
Safety Precautions
Disconnect and secure all electrical power to the fan.
Ensure the unit is made non-functional (fuses removed, disconnect locked off).
Lubrication Preparation
Is the environment condition extreme (temperature, moisture, contaminants)?
Select the lubrication interval based on conditions
