Quick Chuck Replacement
Regular Cleaning
Use an air gun to blow particles and contaminants off the motor and chuck collar.
Clean the inner surfaces of the chuck.

Deep Cleaning
Soak the entire chuck in cleaning solvent or WD-40 type penetrating oil.
Use an air gun to blow off remaining contaminants after soaking.
Disassembly and Cleaning
Slide the collar upward until it locks into the uppermost position.

3000 Hourly Fluid And Filter Maintenance
Preparation
Ensure the Power Pack is turned off and cooled down
Gather necessary tools and materials
Oil Change
Locate the oil drain plug at the bottom of the Power Pack
Remove the oil drain plug using a metric hex head bolt wrench
Drain the old oil completely
Replace and secure the oil drain plug
Locate the fill plug at the rear of the Power Pack
1 Monthly Base Mount Lubrication
Preparation
Ensure the area around the base mount is clean and free from dirt or foreign materials.
Is it necessary to remove the unit from the base mount?
Cleaning (if necessary)
Clean the lower bore of the angle mount thoroughly.
Clean the shaft of the rear mount thoroughly.
Lubrication
Apply a slight amount of grease to the shaft of the rear base mount.
Is the lubrication adequate?
Rear Pin Maintenance
Protection of Openings
Cover the openings (bores) when the FlexArm is removed from the angle mount
Protection of Rear Pin
Ensure the exposed exterior surface on the shaft of the FlexArm’s rear pin does not come in contact with any foreign material
Wrap the rear pin if not immediately repositioned
Inspection and Cleaning
Inspect the surface of the rear pin before reinsertion
Is cleaning of the rear pin shaft necessary?
Thoroughly clean the shaft of the rear pin if needed
