Front Replacement
FRONT REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Adjuster Preparation
Partially extend the front arm
Turn the handle until the adjuster reaches the bottom most position
Front Arm Detachment
Remove the top two bolts on the front plate
Ensure the front arm naturally springs to the most upright position after bolt removal
Cylinder Pin Removal
Remove the two snap rings holding the cylinder pin
3000 Hourly Fluid And Filter Maintenance
Preparation
Ensure the Power Pack is turned off and cooled down
Gather necessary tools and materials
Oil Change
Locate the oil drain plug at the bottom of the Power Pack
Remove the oil drain plug using a metric hex head bolt wrench
Drain the old oil completely
Replace and secure the oil drain plug
Locate the fill plug at the rear of the Power Pack
3 Monthly Gearbox Maintenance
Gearbox Inspection
Is the gearbox a 2 speed model?
Check the gearbox for any visible damage or wear.
Greasing the Gearbox
Does the gearbox require greasing?
Use only Lithium type grease for greasing.
Ensure not to over grease the gearbox.
Post Maintenance Check
Verify that the gearbox is functioning correctly after maintenance.
Rear Pin Maintenance
Protection of Openings
Cover the openings (bores) when FlexArm is removed from the angle mount
Protection of Rear Pin
Ensure the exposed exterior surface on the shaft of the FlexArm’s rear pin does not contact foreign material
Wrap the rear pin if not immediately repositioned
Inspection and Cleaning
Inspect the surface of the rear pin before reinsertion
Is cleaning of the rear pin shaft necessary?
Thoroughly clean the shaft of the rear pin if needed
Bolt Inspection
Bolt Tightness Check
Check the tightness of the following bolts
Are all bolts tight?
Bolt Reassembly
Apply Loctite 242 to the threads of loose bolts
Reassemble the bolts
Final Verification
Have all bolts been secured properly after reassembly?
