Disassemble the main unit following instructions in section 7.3

Disconnect the wires and tubes on the main board

Disassemble the main board with a cross-head screwdriver

Remove the main board shield with a cross-head screwdriver

Assemble the main board in the reversed order

Connect the wires and assemble the main unit

Ensure double-row pins on the main board are precisely inserted into the connector on the display drive board

Connect the NIBP simulator to the monitor

Switch on the monitor and the simulator

Calibrate the simulator before using it

Set the patient type on the monitor

Disassemble the main unit following instructions in section 7.3

Disconnect the wire connecting the power module

Remove the screws securing the power module with a cross-head screwdriver

Assemble the power module in the reversed order

Assemble the main unit following instructions in section 7.3

Switch on the monitor after connecting to the power source

Does the power indicator light up?

Do the alarm indicators flicker and is the alarm tone heard?

Are any images or characters missing on the screen?

Are there any bright spots or dark shadows on the LCD screen?

Are the waveforms, fonts, and symbols displayed on the LCD screen normal?

If any failure is detected, refer to section Monitor Booting Failures and Display Failures for details and describe the issue.

Disassemble the main unit following instructions in section 7.3

Remove the screws securing the speaker with a cross-head screwdriver

Assemble the speaker in the reversed order
