Inspect the monitor and accessories for obvious signs of damage

Check the external cables, power socket, and power cable for damage

Is there any damage detected on the monitor or accessories?

Is the monitor being used despite detected damage?

Ensure the monitor is not used until repaired by service engineers or professional service personnel

Set the probe type on the monitor to YSI-10K

Connect the probes to the correct connectors

Connect the probes with the resistance box

Set the resistance value in the resistance box

Ensure the following conditions are met before proceeding

Has a possible device malfunction emerged or has the device been serviced recently?

Perform a functional check without opening the device case

Disassemble the main unit following instructions in section 7.3

Disconnect the wire connecting the CO2 module

Disassemble the CO2 module with a cross-head screwdriver

Assemble the CO2 module in the reversed order

Disassemble the main unit following instructions in section 7.3

Disconnect the wires and tubes on the main board

Disassemble the main board with a cross-head screwdriver

Remove the main board shield with a cross-head screwdriver

Assemble the main board in the reversed order

Connect the wires and assemble the main unit

Ensure double-row pins on the main board are precisely inserted into the connector on the display drive board
