Install filters properly without over tightening

Ensure element is not deformed after installation

Remove end cap to clean out dust

Avoid tapping dirt out of the filter

Avoid using compressed air to blow out the filter

Check intake hoses and fittings for damage or leaking

Check oil level with the dipstick

Add fresh oil of proper viscosity and grade if needed

Replace dipstick before starting engine

Remove the PTO Adjustment Bracket A located on the right side of unit

Adjust the bolt C until the desired setting is reached

Lengthen bolt if unit creeps forward

Shorten bolt if unit creeps backward

Tighten the jam nut B when neutral setting is correct

Turn engine off and set the parking brake

Turn adjusting rod until full pump stroke is achieved with the pedal depressed in the forward position

Check that all tools are removed from the work area

Is the tire pressure within the recommended range?

Verify the following conditions

Are dual wheels installed correctly?

Check torque of dual wheels center bolt
