Gather necessary tools and replacement filters

Inspect the removed filters for excessive dirt or damage

Install new filters or clean permanent filters

Ensure the following are properly secured

Is the fan equipped with a deep grooved ball bearing inserted in a rubber damper?

Verify that the bearing has sufficient high-grade grease sealed in at the time of manufacture.

Does the pillow block housing have a lubrication point?

Refer to the manufacturer's table for greasing interval and grease amount.

Lubricate the pillow block housing as per the manufacturer's recommendation.

Check for evidence of corrosion or peeling on painted surfaces.

Clean and retouch areas with corrosion or peeling.

Blower Wheel and Housing Inspection

Tighten the blower wheel set screws.

Inspect blower wheels and housings for evidence of corrosion.

Retouch blower wheels and housings if corrosion is found.

Wash down the coil fin surfaces to eliminate dirt, lint, or other foreign matter.
