Check the condition of the filters

Replace throwaway filters if dirty

Clean permanent type filters if dirty

Is the air volume handled by the unit normal?

Verify lubrication requirement for deep grooved ball bearing

Lubricate pillow block housing if required

Enter greasing interval as per factory recommendation

Enter grease amount as per factory recommendation

Check for evidence of corrosion or peeling on painted surfaces.

Clean and retouch areas with corrosion or peeling.

Blower Wheel and Housing Inspection

Tighten the blower wheel set screws.

Inspect wheels and housings for evidence of corrosion.

Retouch corroded areas if necessary.

Wash down the coil fin surfaces to eliminate dirt, lint, or other foreign matter.
