Check the position of components

Is the air pressure within the normal range?

Check vacuum filter in applicator module

Replace vacuum filter if necessary

Prepare Printer for Label Roll Change

Raise the print head lifting handle and open the peel roller

Install a new label roll and thread according to the threading diagram

Pull the backing paper to the backing paper re-winder

Blow or brush away loose dust and lint particles within the print mechanism

Use cleaning wipes to wipe the print head

Is the print head free of dust and lint?

Is the print head clean after wiping?

Dispose of used cleaning wipes properly

Caution: Avoid using hard, metallic or abrasive objects

Note: Use only manufacturer’s approved cleaning wipes

Raise the print head lifting handle

Carry out DAILY & WEEKLY schedules

Check function of the label-gap sensor

Check tension of the drive belts

Print Head and Alignment Checks

Check print head for missing dots

Check alignment between applicator and dispenser beak
