DANGER: Disconnect concentrator from electrical outlet before servicing

Note the location of the PVC tubing for accurate replacement after new flowmeter is installed

Remove palnuts that secure flowmeter to the control panel

Remove flowmeter from front of control panel

Install new flowmeter reversing STEPS 4-5

Loosen clamps and disconnect intake hose and compressor output hose (blue) from compressor assembly

Remove compressor wires from wire clamps or tie-wraps and disconnect motor connector from the main harness connector

Remove protective boot on capacitor

Disconnect capacitor wires from the top of the capacitor

Remove existing throttling muffler

Install new throttling muffler and secure with new tie-wrap

Clean or replace filters as necessary

Measure the oxygen concentration (SensO2 models)

Is the oxygen concentration within the acceptable range?

Check if the power loss alarm is functioning properly

Additional notes or observations

Remove plug and connect pressure gauge to the ¼ x 2-inch silicone tubing and secure with a ¼-inch clamp.

Check each connection to make sure it is tight.

Adjust the concentrator to MAXIMUM Rated liter flow

Enter the initial pressure reading after 4-way valve shift for 5 liter models.

Enter the initial pressure reading after 4-way valve shift for 10 liter models.
