Position the front panel against the opening of the outer drum, aligning the arrow point symbol with the welding of the outer drum.

Press both pieces until the edges come into contact.

Mounting the Union Gasket and Fastening Ring

Mount the fastening ring with the ends in the upper part, ensuring not to damage the unbalance microswitch on the left hand side.

Tighten the lower area of the ring with the grip pliers.

Do you have more than one plier to place in the lower area of the ring?

Separate the deflector from the outer drum ring seal

Separate the V-ring plate from the outer drum

Installing the New V-Ring Plate

Apply a fine strip of silicone around the outside edge of the new V-ring plate

Place the ring seal deflector on top of the plate ensuring the three holes are aligned and press firmly on the silicone

Place the combined ring seal deflector and V-ring plate on the back of the outer drum

Ensure the deflector notch matches the vertical welded joint on the outer drum

Position the outer drum separator as indicated and secure in place

Position the bearings' box for rear bearing removal

Remove the rear bearing and the bearing end-piece using tools C and E

Rotate the bearings' box for front bearing removal

Remove the front bearing using tools D and E

Loosen the three screws from the inside of the outer drum

Is another person holding the outer drum separator secure from outside the back of the machine?

Remove the outer drum separator from outside the back of the machine

Remove the V-ring protection cover from the inside of the outer drum

2.4. Disassembling the drum (MS-610 / EM025)

Ensure two people are present for the operation

Take the fastening screw out of the drum pulley

Remove the pulley from the shaft

Shaft Protection and Drum Removal

Fix H tool and protect the shaft with the protector accompanying tool H

Screw with the help of a wrench to push the drum forward
