Rotate tires and perform Required Services.

Check engine oil level and oil life percentage.

Change engine oil and filter, if needed.

Drain the diesel fuel filter of water. (Diesel Only)

Inspect evaporative control system. (2)

(2) Visually check all fuel and vapor lines and hoses for proper attachment, connection, routing, and condition.

Warning: Ensure the vehicle is turned off before starting the procedure

Battery cover removed (driver side) / Air cleaner cover removed (passenger side)

Windshield washer bottle filler neck removed (driver side)

Cover from the back of the headlamp assembly removed

Electrical connector disconnected

Old bulb removed from the lamp assembly

New bulb installed in the lamp assembly

Electrical connector reconnected

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Enter the current mileage of the vehicle

Is the vehicle driven in dusty conditions?

If the vehicle is driven in dusty conditions, inspect the filter at each oil change or more often as needed.

Engine air cleaner filter condition

Choose the type of service done

Sign off on the engine air cleaner filter replacement

Open the liftgate. See Liftgate p. 44.

Remove the two screw covers from the taillamp assembly.

Remove the two screws securing the taillamp assembly.

Pull the taillamp assembly out of the vehicle body.

Disconnect the lamp wiring harness.

Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise and pull it out.

Pull the bulb straight out of the socket.

Push the bulb socket in and turn it clockwise.

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Enter the current mileage of the vehicle

Is the mileage above 240,000 km/150,000 mi?

If mileage is not above 240,000 km/150,000 mi, stop the procedure

Drain and fill engine cooling system

Sign off on the engine cooling system maintenance
