Is the fluid in Hydraulic Reservoir contaminated?

If the fluid is contaminated or after a major repair, it should be replaced.

Are the hydraulic / hydrostatic filters replaced?

Always replace the hydraulic / hydrostatic filters whenever the hydraulic fluid is replaced.

Is the plug removed from the fitting under the front end of the cargo box?

Upload a photo of the drained fluid

Dispose of the used fluid in an environmentally safe manner.

Is the drain plug installed and filled to the center of the sight gauge with the correct specification fluid?

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

The fuel filter is located under the front end of the cargo box.

Loosen the drain at the bottom of the filter element to remove water from the filter.

Sign off on the maintenance task

Drain plug removed at the bottom of the differential

Lubricant drained into a container

Lubricant disposed of in an environmentally safe manner

Drain plug installed and tightened

Check plug removed and filled as shown above

Type of axle housing lubricant used for refill

Quantity of oil added to the engine

Engine started and run for several minutes

Checked for leaks at the filter

Dipstick installed and cargo box lowered

Heater / Air Conditioning filter maintenance

Heater / Air Conditioning filter clean or replaced

Fresh Air Filter cleaned or replaced

Fresh Air Filter and housing reinstalled

Recirculating Air Filter maintenance

Recirculating Air Filter removed
