Cooling system drained and flushed?

Hydraulic fluid and filter(s) replaced?

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Grease swing pinion and swing circle

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank and fuel filter

Check battery, cables and electrolyte level

Sign off on the 50 hours excavator maintenance

Select the maintenance task performed

Enter the current hour meter reading of the excavator

Did the excavator pass the post-maintenance test?

Describe any issues found during the test

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Check air cleaner condition indicator

Check indicator lights for correct operation

Check canopy or cab condition and mounting hardware

Check seat belt condition and mounting hardware

Check control console(s) lockout for proper operation

Radiator, oil cooler and A/C condenser cleaned

Drive belts and idlers checked and adjusted

Primary hydraulic filter replaced

Case drain hydraulic filter replaced

Alternator and starter connections checked

Engine valve clearance checked and adjusted

Sign off on the 500 hours excavator maintenance
