500 Hours/1 Yearly Loader Maintenance
Check condition of Accessory Drive Belt (Alternator, air conditioning, water pump). Replace as needed
Check the function of the lift arm bypass control in Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS)
Check cables of Battery and connections
Sign off on the loader maintenance
10 Hours Loader Maintenance
Lubricate with multipurpose lithium based grease
Check the condition of seat belt
Clean or replace seat belt retractors as needed
Check the seat bar and control interlocks for correct operation
Clean dirt and debris from moving parts
Check for correct function of Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS)
Lift and Tilt functions MUST NOT operate with seat bar raised
Check for proper function of
Check for damaged tires and correct air pressure. Inflate to MAXIMUM pressure shown on the sidewall of the tire
Initial 10 Hours/1 Daily Nuts Check
Warning: This check should be performed every 10 hours or daily for the first 30 hours, then as scheduled.
Check for loose wheel nuts
Enter the torque after tightening the wheel nuts
Sign off on the nuts check
Filters Display Check
- Check display of Engine Air Filter and Air System
- Service only as indicated
- Check for leaks and damaged components
- Check the display of Fuel Filter
- Remove the trapped water or replace the main fuel filter element as indicated;
100 Hours Loader Check
Check for damage and leaks Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines
Repair or replace as needed for Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines
Check fluid levels for Final Drive Transmissions (Chaincases)
Add as needed for Final Drive Transmissions (Chaincases)
Check for correct operation Parking Brake
Repair or adjust as needed for Parking Brake
Check for correct operation Foot Pedals
Repair or adjust as needed for Foot Pedals
