Check condition / proper operation of Control Console Lockout. Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of Attachment Mounting System. Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of Travel Motion Alarm and Horn. Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of Operator Cab Mounting hardware. Adjust or replace as needed

Swing Motor Gear Box Fluid replaced

Travel Motors (Final Drive) Box Fluid replaced

Engine Coolant replaced (every 2000 hours or every 24 months)

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Check the display of Engine Air Filters and Air System. Service only when required. Check condition / proper operation. Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of alternator and starter electrical connections. Adjust or replace as needed

Replace Hydraulic filter and case drain filter

Replace Hydraulic Reservoir Breather cap

Clean Radiator, fuel cooler, hydraulic fluid cooler, air conditioning condenser (if equipped) of engine cooling system

Check condition / proper operation of alternator belt. Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of Air Conditioning (if equipped) belt. Adjust or replace as needed

Enter the current hours on the excavator's hour meter

Travel Motors (Final Drive) Fluid refilled as needed?

Boom, boom cylinder, arm, arm cylinder, bucket link, and bucket cylinder greased?

Battery Cables and electrical connections checked and in proper operation?

List any adjustments or replacements made

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Grease Blade, boom swing, boom swing cylinder, bucket pivot points, and swing bearing

Replace Travel Motors (Final Drive) Fluid at first 50 hours only

Check condition / proper operation of Alternator and Starter Electrical connections. Adjust or replace as needed at first 50 hours only

Replace Hydraulic filter and case drain filter at first 50 hours only

Sign off on the 50 hours excavator maintenance
