Remove screws holding the pilot burner to the bracket on the right hand main burner

Loosen the hex head screw on the pilot burner bracket

Remove the capillary bulb

Disconnect the gas supply tubing from the pilot burner

Is the combustion compartment door securely closed after removal?

Inspect the removed pilot burner for any visible damage

Main Burner Replacement

Open combustion compartment door and remove screws holding the pilot burner

Move pilot burner assembly out of the way

Remove the two bolts holding the burner manifold to the brackets

Remove the two burner manifold brackets and the combustion compartment door

Remove the right main burner

Remove the left main burner

Check that all parts are removed and accounted for

Inspect the removed burners for any signs of damage or wear
