Air Filter Inspection and Cleaning

Check and clean air intake filter if installed

Enter the number of blast air filter cleanings performed

Install a new filter if clogged

Install a new filter if it has been used for a year

Oil Separation Element Replacement

Remove the knobs by hand and pull out the elements

Install the new elements and tighten the knobs back down

Loosen the oil filter from the tank using an oil filter strap

Remove the air guide cover by taking out the M6x70 screws

Take out the Gas Ballast filter and replace with a new one

Isolate the pump from the vacuum system

Enter the duration for which the pump will run (in hours)

Run the pump for the specified duration

Is the pump operating normally after purging?

Remove drain plug or open ball valve

Fill with new oil (Oil part number 3SVPO-100)

Visually inspect the oil for discoloration or contamination
