Isolation of Pump
Isolate the pump from the vacuum system
Close off the vacuum port
Gas Ballast Operation
Open the Gas ballast
Run the pump for 1 – 2 Hours
Post Purging Check
Is the pump operating normally after purging?
Describe any issues observed during purging
2000 Hourly/6 Monthly Oil Separation Element and Oil Filter Replacement
Oil Separation Element Replacement
Remove the knobs by hand and pull out the elements
Install the new elements and tighten the knobs back down
Oil Filter Replacement
Loosen the oil filter from the tank using an oil filter strap
Gas Ballast Filter Replacement
Remove the air guide cover by taking out the M6x70 screws
Take out the Gas Ballast filter and replace with a new one
Post Replacement Checks
40 Hourly Air Filter Maintenance
Air Filter Inspection and Cleaning
Check and clean air intake filter if installed
Enter the number of blast air filter cleanings performed
Is the air filter clogged?
Is a new filter installed if clogged?
Annual Filter Replacement
Is a new filter installed annually?
500 Hourly Oil Change
Oil Inspection
Check oil color and thickness
Is an oil change needed?
Oil Change Procedure
Remove drain plug or open ball valve
Ensure drain plug size is 10mm
Completely drain oil
Fill with new oil
1 Daily Oil Check
Oil Level and Condition Check
Record the current oil level
Visually inspect the oil for discoloration or contamination
Action Based on Oil Condition
Is the oil color light amber?
Is the oil color dark?
Is the oil milky white?
