Switch off drive motor and remove electric connections. Make sure these steps have been completed

Was personal protective equipment (PPE) used during the procedure?

Describe any issues encountered during the removal process

Ensure the pump is not in operation and the system is not under pressure before starting the procedure.

Be aware of potential leakage when opening plug screw 1.

Unscrew plug screw 1 and remove seal 2.

Adjust the relief valve by turning the adjusting screw 2 with an Allan key

Replace plug screw 1 and seal 2 and tighten both.

Attach motor coupling to the drive shaft at specified distance

Fix coupling part with set screw to shaft

Place motor on fan shroud with shaft side up

Is a flexible compensating element needed for the coupling part?

Attach pump with c-face flange to the motor

Fix pump with screws to the motor
