Bartell Tamping Rammer BT1000

Check Engine Sparkplug Gap and Clean.

Check and Tighten Engine Fasteners.

Check and Tighten Foot Plate Fasteners.

Check Engine Sparkplug Gap and Clean.

Sign off on the Tamping Rammer Maintenance

Drain plug at the rear of the rammer foot removed

Oil refilled to the middle of the sight glass

Enter the hours of operation after the first operation

Note: After the first operation, oil should be changed following every 200 hours of use.

Sign off on the lubricant replacement

Remove oil and dirt thoroughly from the engine and control area

Clean or replace air filter as necessary

Check and retighten all fasteners as necessary

Check protective sleeve, bellow, and engine for oil leaks. Repair as needed

Remove element from pre-filter at the top of crankcase and clean it with air

Drain plug at the rear of the rammer foot removed

Oil refilled to the middle of the sight glass

Enter the hours of operation after the last oil change

Sign off on the lubricant replacement
