Enter the machine's hour meter reading

Air filter removed from the top of the crankcase

Detergent solution used to wash the element

Sign off on the air filter element cleaning

Check Engine Sparkplug Gap and Clean.

Sign off on the tamping rammer maintenance

Remove oil and dirt thoroughly from the engine and control area

Clean or replace air filter as necessary

Check and retighten all fasteners as necessary

Check protective sleeve, bellow, and engine for oil leaks. Repair as needed

Remove element from pre-filter at the top of crankcase and clean it with air

Check Engine Sparkplug Gap and Clean. Replace if needed.

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

Drain plug at the rear of the rammer foot removed

Oil refilled to the middle of the sight glass

Enter the hours of operation after the last oil change

Sign off on the lubricant replacement
