3 Monthly Conveyor Belt Chains Check
Preparation
Turn the unit off and unplug the power cord.
Allow the unit to cool.
Initial Setup
Remove the following components
Set the Bun Thickness Compression Knobs to 6 & 6.
Conveyor Belt Chain Measurement
Open both Conveyor Covers.
Pull the Belt Wrap Pin out of the zipper.
3 Monthly Belt Wraps Replacement
Preparation
Turn the power off and unplug the power cord.
Allow the unit to cool.
Disassembly
Remove the Bun Feeder.
Remove the Butter Wheel.
Remove the Pan.
Remove the Heat Shield.
Set the Bun Thickness Compression Knobs to 6 & 6.
Conveyor Belt Chains Replacement
Turn the power off, unplug the power cord, and allow the unit to cool
Remove the Butter Wheel, Pan, and Heat Shield and set the Compression Control Knobs to 6 & 6
Open both Conveyor Covers and pull the Belt Wrap Pin out of the zipper
Remove and discard the old Belt Wrap(s)
Disconnect the Conveyor Belt Chain by squeezing any two links together and unhooking both ends of one link
Place the replacement Conveyor Belt Chain on the top sprockets with hook ends down
Wrap the Conveyor Belt Chain around the top and lower sprockets and connect by hooking both ends together
Ensure the Conveyor Belt Chain is installed between the Upper Support Rod and the Lower Support Rod
Conveyor Motor and Fan Blade Replacement
Preparation
Ensure availability of Loctite (Blue & Red) for gear motor installation.
Motor and Bracket Removal
Remove control cover.
Disconnect the motor wires.
Remove the drive motor and drive motor bracket.
Discard the 8-32 x 5/16” mounting bracket screws.
Sprocket and Bracket Handling
Remove the motor sprocket using a hex wrench.
4 Weekly Release Sheet Replacement
Remove and discard the Release Sheet
Prepare the new Release Sheet
Lay a new Release Sheet on a clean, dry surface
Fold the Release Sheet in half lengthwise and gently crease it at the fold using only your fingers
Install the Release Sheet as per Daily Cleaning procedure
