Temperature Difference Calculation
Calculate temperature difference by subtracting Step B temperature from Step A temperature
Use Cooling Range Chart to determine cooling range based on calculated temperature difference

Front Panel and Control Knobs Removal
Remove the unit front by tilting the bottom of the front outward and then lift the front straight up
Remove the control knobs on the control panel cover by pulling upward on the knobs
Remove the escutcheon
Control Panel Cover Removal
Remove the control panel cover by removing the two screws holding the control panel cover
Tilt the control panel forward to gain access to the wires
Power Cord Disconnection
Remove the power cord clamp located near the bottom right of the chassis
Voltage Check
Safety Precautions
Disconnect all power sources before servicing or installing the unit
Voltage Measurement
Measure the voltage across terminals L1 and L2 of the outlet using a voltmeter
Is there a voltage reading across terminals L1 and L2?
Troubleshooting
Identify possible issues if no voltage reading is present
Describe the repair actions taken if issues were identified
