Is the reforming voltage within the specified range?

Measure the power supply current draw

Is the power supply current draw less than or equal to 500 mA?

Preparation for PowerFlex 753 and 755 Drives

Disconnect internal stirring fans for the following drives before applying voltage

Inspect Main Heatsink Cooling Fan(s)

Check if the main heatsink cooling fan(s) are operational

Are there any unusual noises from the main heatsink cooling fan(s)?

Inspect Door-mounted Cooling Fans

Verify the door-mounted cooling fans are functioning properly

Is there any visible damage to the door-mounted cooling fans?

Inspect Capacitor Bank Cooling Fans

Ensure the capacitor bank cooling fans are running smoothly

Are the capacitor bank cooling fans free of dust and debris?

Door-mounted Air Filters Maintenance

Inspect door-mounted air filters for damage or clogging

Clean door-mounted air filters if reusable

Replace door-mounted air filters if necessary

Roof-mounted Assembly Air Filters Maintenance

Inspect roof-mounted assembly air filters for damage or clogging

Clean roof-mounted assembly air filters if reusable

Replace roof-mounted assembly air filters if necessary

Check for proper functioning and freedom from sticking or binding

Replace any broken, deformed, or badly worn parts or assemblies

Re-tighten any loose fasteners if necessary

Is lubrication specified for this product?

Lubricate as per individual product instructions

Replace Main Heatsink Cooling Fan(s)

Replace Door-mounted Cooling Fans

Replace Capacitor Bank Cooling Fans

Replace Converter Input Fuse Stirring Fan

Replace Converter Gate Board Stirring Fan

Replace DC Precharge Control Board Stirring Fan

Verify all fans are operational after replacement
