Install the new main heatsink cooling fan(s)

Verify the operation of the new main heatsink cooling fan(s)

Door-mounted Cooling Fans Replacement

Remove the old door-mounted cooling fans

Install the new door-mounted cooling fans

Verify the operation of the new door-mounted cooling fans

Capacitor Bank Cooling Fans Replacement

Door-mounted Air Filters Maintenance

Inspect door-mounted air filters for damage or excessive dirt

Clean door-mounted air filters if reusable

Replace door-mounted air filters if necessary

Roof-mounted Assembly Air Filters Maintenance

Inspect roof-mounted assembly air filters for damage or excessive dirt

Clean roof-mounted assembly air filters if reusable

Replace roof-mounted assembly air filters if necessary

Check for proper functioning and freedom from sticking or binding

Replace any broken, deformed, or badly worn parts or assemblies

Re-tighten any loose fasteners if necessary

Is lubrication specified for the product?

Lubricate as per individual product instructions

Check if the main heatsink cooling fan(s) are operational

Clean the main heatsink cooling fan(s)
