Fill Solenoid Valve Maintenance

Ensure all work is carried out by technically trained competent personnel.

Isolate equipment remotely prior to maintenance or repair work.

Ensure electrical lock-off procedures are carried out.

Ensure relevant F-Gas Regulation checks are carried out at the appropriate period.

Access the various components via the doors to the front of the unit and check the following components

Check and clean condensate pump reservoir and float switches.

Ensure all work is carried out by technically trained competent personnel.

Isolate equipment remotely prior to maintenance or repair work.

Ensure Electrical lock-off procedures are carried out.

Ensure relevant F-Gas Regulation checks are carried out at the appropriate period.

Access the various components via the doors to the front of the unit and check the following:

Record system readings and compare against those recorded on original commissioning sheet.

Ensure all work is carried out by technically trained competent personnel.

Isolate equipment remotely prior to maintenance or repair work.

Ensure electrical lock-off procedures are carried out.

Have relevant F-Gas Regulation checks been carried out?

Is the service indicator showing that maintenance is due?

Filter Inspection and Replacement

Check the condition of the filters at each maintenance visit.

Ensure all work is carried out by technically trained competent personnel.

Isolate equipment remotely prior to maintenance or repair work.

Ensure electrical lock-off procedures are carried out.

Ensure relevant F-Gas Regulation checks are carried out at the appropriate period.

Check condition of filters - replace as necessary.

Check condensate drain is free from dirt or obstructions and ensure water runs away freely.

Check humidifier operation and ensure the drain and bottle are free from significant debris/scale.
