Ensure the machine is turned off and cooled down

Gather necessary tools and materials (grease gun, grease)

Apply 2-3 strokes of grease to each lubrication point

Check for any excess grease and clean if necessary

Verify all lubrication points are properly greased

First oil change: after approx. 500 hrs.

Verify that the oil is not too hot to handle

Allow oil to completely drain from the system

Warning: Attention when bleeding hot oil - danger of burning!

Ensure the machine is turned off and cooled down

Gather necessary tools and equipment for oil change

Locate the hydraulic unit inside the right frame pillar

Prepare to drain the hydraulic oil

Bleed the hot oil carefully to avoid burns

Replace the hydraulic oil with new oil

BACKGAUGE GUIDE RAILS (only 78, 92, 115, 137, 155)

Ensure the machine is turned off and secured

Identify the backgauge guide rails

Locate the 2 lubricating nipples on the backgauge

Enter the number of strokes applied with the grease gun

Apply grease using the grease gun via the lubricating nipples

Is the lubrication chart updated with the current date?

Warning: Attention when bleeding hot oil - danger of burning!

Ensure hydraulic unit is mounted inside right frame pillar

Record the current operating hours

Has the oil been changed approximately every 6000 hours?

Remove any suds from bottom of oil tank
