Backgauge Guide Rails (only 78, 92, 115, 137, 155)

Ensure the machine is turned off and secured

Identify the backgauge guide rails for lubrication

Locate the 2 lubricating nipples on the backgauge

Enter the number of strokes applied with the grease gun

Was the lubrication completed successfully?

Clean any excess grease from the area

Ensure the machine is turned off and cooled down

Gather necessary tools and equipment

Check for any leaks around the oil drain plug

Place an oil pan under the drain plug

Carefully remove the oil drain plug to bleed hot oil

Replace and tighten the oil drain plug

Ensure lubrication of the following components

Apply grease strokes with grease gun

Is the lubrication schedule followed?

Check for any excess grease leakage

Warning: Attention when bleeding hot oil - danger of burning!

Ensure hydraulic unit is mounted inside right frame pillar

Record the current operating hours of the machine

Has the oil been changed approximately every 6000 hours?

Remove any suds from bottom of oil tank

Warning: Attention when bleeding hot oil - danger of burning!

Ensure the machine is turned off and cooled down

Gather necessary tools and equipment for oil change

Locate the hydraulic unit inside the right frame pillar

Prepare a container for old oil collection

Bleed the hot oil carefully to avoid burns

Replace the old hydraulic oil with new oil
