Grease Lubrication Instructions

Verify applicable bearing types and sizes

Ensure motor is at rest and electrical controls are locked open

Inspect grease drain and remove any blockage with a mechanical probe

Add new grease at the grease inlet according to Table 1

Is the new grease compatible with the existing grease in the motor?

Run the motor for 15 to 30 minutes with the drain plug removed

Shut off unit and replace the drain plug

Inspect units at regular intervals

Keep units clean and ventilation openings clear of dust, dirt or other debris

Lubricate units as per instructions

Ensure no excessive lubrication

Discharge all parts retaining electrical charge

Maintain screen and covers in place during operation
