Warning: Attention when bleeding hot oil - danger of burning!

Ensure hydraulic unit is mounted inside right frame pillar

Record the current operating hours of the machine

Has the oil been changed approximately every 6000 hours?

Bleed hot oil carefully to avoid burns

Ensure lubrication of the following components

Apply grease strokes with grease gun

Is the lubrication schedule followed?

Check for any excess grease leakage

BACKGAUGE GUIDE RAILS (only 78, 92, 115, 137, 155)

Ensure the machine is turned off and secured

Locate the 2 lubricating nipples on the backgauge

Enter the number of strokes with the grease gun

Apply grease using the grease gun to the lubricating nipples

Is the lubrication chart updated?

First oil change: after approx. 500 hrs.

Verify that the oil is not too hot to handle

Open the oil drain valve carefully

Allow all oil to completely drain out

Fill oil to the middle of oil sight glass

Gather necessary tools and equipment

Locate the hydraulic unit inside the right frame pillar

Place a container to collect old oil

Bleed the hot oil carefully to avoid burns

Dispose of old oil according to environmental regulations
