1. Check the entire hose and make sure there are no folds or surface damage.

– If necessary replace the part.

2. Pull the hose out from the swivel.

3. Pull the hose out from the air filter.

1. Fit a new hose on the swivel.

2. Fix the hose, do not tighten, against the three clamps on the parallel arm.

Empty air filter and check the position of the clamps for the hose

Correct the positions on the outer clamps

Check that the air supply is dry and clean

DANGER: Turn off all electrical power, hydraulic and pneumatic pressure supplies before entering the workspace of the manipulator.

Did you turn off all electrical power, hydraulic and pneumatic pressure supplies?

Did you use a vacuum cleaner to remove loose particles?

Did you use a dry or moistened cloth to wipe off the dirt and dust?

Remove the (12 pcs) M6 screws holding the base cover

Remove the 3x6 pcs M6x40 holding the upper arms

Remove the 6 pcs M6x20 (A) holding the 3 pcs flange (B) and the 3 pcs upper arm sealing rings

Remove the 3 pcs M6x20 flange screws

CAUTION: Clean cover from metal residues before opening. Metal residues can cause shortage on the boards which can result in hazardous failures.

CAUTION: Always cut the paint with a knife and grind the paint edge when disassembling parts.

Remove the (12pcs) M6 screws holding the base cover.

Disconnect the battery from the serial measurement board.

Cut the strap and remove the battery pack.

Connect the new battery to the serial measurement board.

Refit the battery to the SMB, using a strap.
