Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Board Replacement
CAUTION: DO NOT remove the μFLO 2100767 Board mounted Lithium battery since it provides power to RAM. It is recommended that historical flow data be downloaded before accessing and removing LCD Board to prevent potential loss of stored data.
J1 memory backup jumper covers the top two pins
Upload the backup of configuration files
μFLO unit door is open
External charging unit J7 is disconnected from the μFLO 2100767 Board
Battery Pack connector J6 is disconnected from the board mounted connector
LCD Board cable connector is disconnected from μFLO 2100767 Board Display Port connector J5
Four Display Board hexagonal mounting standoffs are removed using a 3/16” nut driver

μFLO Battery Pack Replacement
CAUTION: When removing battery pack, DO NOT remove Lithium battery from μFLO 2100767 Board. This prevents any data stored in Board RAM, from being lost.
J1 memory backup jumper covers the top two pins
“LL” battery alarm is not being displayed on μFLO or lithium battery is > 3.0V
Battery charger disconnected from μFLO 2100767 Board terminals EXT CHGR +/- J7
Battery Cable disconnected from the μFLO 2100767 Board connector J6 before removing battery pack
Battery pack removed from battery compartment
New battery pack inserted into compartment without its terminals touching either the keeper lip on the shelf or any metal surface inside of the unit
Battery pack cable reconnected to μFLO 2100767 Board connector J6
Battery charger reconnected to μFLO 2100767 Board terminals EXT CHGR +/- terminals J7
Integral Multivariable Transducer (IMV) Replacement
CAUTION: Under no circumstances shall the μFLO IMV cover be removed. Removal of this cover, and entry into interior of IMV, voids IMV warranty. If the IMV requires servicing, the entire assembly must be removed from μFLO, securely packaged for shipping and returned to Totalflow.
J1 memory backup jumper covers the top two pins
Pressure to IMV equalized using meter run installed Manifold high/low control valves
Both lines closed off using μFLO high/low tap valves
Manifold vented to atmosphere using vent valve
High/low Manifold lines from IMV completely disconnected
Disconnect the following associated connectors
μFLO 2” mounting post clamps loosened and μFLO rotated for IMV removal
Eight mounting screws, washers and lock washers securing IMV to μFLO cabinet removed
