Was the dielectric test successful without any short circuits or grounds?

Calibrate light or buzzer to indicate failure with output current between 1.5 mA and 2.0 mA for every 1,000 V applied

Ensure high potential tests are performed by qualified personnel

Describe any necessary repairs or replacements

Ensure all safety signs are visible and not obscured

Manually exercise all switches, relays, and other operating mechanisms

Check operating mechanisms for correct alignment and free operation

Check interlocks, switches, and other mechanisms for intended function

Verify MVVSD ratings match system data

Remove all blocks or temporary braces used for shipment

Clean out all metal chips, scrap wire, and other debris

Is there an appreciable accumulation of dust or dirt?

Clean the enclosure using a brush, vacuum cleaner, or a clean lint-free brush

Check the integrity of all bus bar supports for secureness and damage

Is the drive the correct voltage and current rating for the motor being started?

Ensure all installation safety precautions are followed

Is the installation site meeting all environmental specifications for NEMA 1?

Is the correct power source available?

Is the chiller in the correct working condition and ready to be started?

Inspect the unit to ensure all components have been delivered

Check for any visible damage during transit

Note any damage on the carrier's freight bill

Report major damage to the local Johnson Controls representative
