Was the dielectric test performed by qualified personnel?

Ensure all personnel are aware of hazardous voltages during testing

Make necessary repairs or replacements

Ensure all safety signs are visible and not obscured

Manually exercise all switches, relays, and other operating mechanisms

Check operating mechanisms for correct alignment and free operation

Check interlocks, switches, and other mechanisms for intended function

Verify MVVSD ratings match system data

Remove all blocks or temporary braces used for shipment

Clean out all metal chips, scrap wire, and other debris

Is there an appreciable accumulation of dust or dirt?

Clean the enclosure using a brush, vacuum cleaner, or a clean lint-free brush

Check the integrity of all bus bar supports for secureness and damage

Inspect the unit to ensure all components have been delivered

Check for any damage occurred during transit

Note any evident damage on the carrier's freight bill

Enter a claim for any evident damage

Report major damage to the local Johnson Controls representative
