Before removing the connector of the encoder cable to perform maintenance or inspection, connect the spare battery unit.
If a battery alarm appears or after the robot has been operated for 36,000 hours, the battery must be exchanged.
The battery units are installed as shown in the figure 'The location of the battery unit.'
If a battery alarm occurs in the robot controller, the battery pack must be changed using the following procedure:
