Is the door hinge obstructing the frame screws?

Remove Existing Edge Trim

Back-out and retain the frame screws securing the J-strip

Remove the door hinge if obstructing the frame screws

Score and remove the clear silicone bead with a razor blade

Remove the J-strip and excess silicone

Check mark

Remove the damaged edge trim piece starting from the top
