Preparation
Remove shelves and shelf brackets
Remove screws, rear retainer plate and honeycomb grid sections from top of case
Remove screws and top duct from case
Cleaning
Clean the top duct thoroughly
Clean the honeycomb grid sections
Reassembly
Replace top duct
Rear Duct Panels Cleaning
Without Shelf Light Sockets
Remove shelves and bottom trays
Remove mounting screws and rear duct panels from case
Replace and secure rear duct panels in reverse order after cleaning
With Shelf Light Sockets
Remove shelves and bottom trays
Remove screw above top shelf socket for cases with 5 rows of lighted shelves
Push socket assembly back through the hole in the rear duct panel
Remove mounting screws from rear duct panel
Front Cladding Cleaning
Disassembly
Remove front kickplate and raceway cover
Remove color band, bumper and bumper retainer from the case
Remove screws for top and bottom of front cladding and remove cladding
Cleaning
Was the front cladding cleaned?
Reassembly
Replace front cladding and remaining front components in reverse order
Front Air Ducts Cleaning
Preparation
Remove lower trays
Lift out front air duct sections
Cleaning Process
Clean the front air duct sections thoroughly
Reassembly
Replace front air duct sections in reverse order
Reinstall lower trays
Bottom Trays Cleaning
Preparation
Remove product from bottom of case
Tray Removal
Grasp and lift out each of the bottom trays from the case interior
Cleaning Process
Clean each tray thoroughly
Reassembly
Replace trays in reverse order
Final Check
