Unplug fan from fan power supply plug located on the front face of the fan housing

Remove the fan blade nut and fan blade

Remove the two mounting bolts and remove the fan assembly from the fan housing

Remove the three fan motor mounting screws from the back of the fan motor

System Pressurization and Leak Check

Pressurize the system and record the pressure reading

Evacuate the system using a deep vacuum pump

Perform triple evacuation to a minimum of 500 microns

Ensure the system is powered off

Gather necessary tools and equipment

Remove the right end coil cover

Remove the cap from the bottom of the valve

Adjusting the Superheat Setting

Enter the current superheat setting (°F)

Select the desired superheat setting range

Use mild detergent and warm water to wipe out the inside of the case

Wash down all glass doors with glass cleaner

Ensure no products containing silicon are used on anti-fog glass coatings

Clean interior glass to reduce fogging and increase visibility

Remove access panels to clean internal components

Clear the case drain of debris and price tags

Remove fasteners holding the heater to the floor

Remove front heater by pulling the retaining clip away from the coil and sliding the heater out

Remove rear heater by raising the heater retaining clip and sliding the heater out

Raise each clip about 2 inches above the coil working from right to left

Ensure retaining clips are free of the coil

Slide the heater up with the retaining clip
