Set Screws “D” loosened and front and back hold down bars “C” removed

Filter Envelopes, “A” placed in Dust Collector Filter Frame “B”

Spacers at both left and right side of filter frame in place

Rear Hold Down Bar “C” in position and Set Screws “D” finger tightened

Proper location for Filter Inserts “E” selected

Filter Inserters located as shown in Figure No. 1, with the legs of the Angle Plate “F” inside the appropriate collars

Handle of the rear Filter Inserter rotated to the right and pushed toward the rear of the cabinet

Handle of the front Filter Inserter rotated to the left and pulled forward the front of the cabinet

One of the remaining filters placed in the space created

Filters in the Dust Collector are semi-permanent

After each day’s operation, filters are shaken to remove the clinging material

If the collected material sticks to the filters, they are hand brushed or vacuum cleaned

Filters are not torn or punctured during cleaning

If the filters become saturated with oil, they are dry cleaned

Filters are replaced every two years under normal operating conditions

Filters are not removed except for replacement

Model and serial number of your Dust Collector for Torit Replacement Filters

Check if the filters in the Dust Collector are in place

Shake the filters to remove the clinging material

Check if the collected material sticks to the filters

Check if the filters are saturated with oil

Check if the filters are torn or punctured

Enter the date of the last filter replacement

Check if the filters are chemically treated for fire-resistance

Sign off on the cloth filters maintenance
