Mast Assembly lubricated as recommended

Railings and Gate correctly attached & no damage or missing components

Fall-Protection Anchorage attachment rings correctly attached & no damage

AC Power Socket has no obstructions, dirt, or damage

Platform Control Console switches operate correctly. No damage or missing components

Manuals and documents are in the Manual Storage Box, in good condition, and readable

Powered Extension Control Console switches operate correctly. No damage or missing components

Extension Platform correctly attached & no damage or missing components

Sign off on the platform maintenance

Engine and Components: Replace the engine oil and filter

Engine Intake Air Filter: Replace the air filter if necessary

Radiator: Check coolant level & condition & replace if necessary

Wheel/Tire Assembly: Wheel nuts torqued as recommended

Axles: Check and replace oil if necessary

Hydraulic Oil: Check and replace oil and filters if necessary

Under normal use and operating conditions, you should change the hydraulic oil every two years
