Note: Take these samples when the oil is warmed through normal operation of the system.

Note: Have the sample analyzed by a qualified lubrication specialist to determine if it is suitable for continued use.

Note: Oil change intervals depend on the care used to keep the oil clean, and the operating conditions.

Base Control Console: Operate the switches and make sure they all operate correctly. No damage or missing components.

Main Manifold: Tight fittings and hoses and no damage or leaks.

Main Manifold: Tight wire connections, no missing components and correctly working valves.

Sign off on the control compartment maintenance

Hydraulic Tank: Filler cap closed tightly and no damage or leaks.

Hydraulic Filter: Correctly attached and no damage, missing components or leaks.

Hydraulic Pump/Motor: Tight fittings and hoses and no damage or leaks. No damage, missing components or leaks.

Hydraulic Oil: Level between min. and max. marks.

Emergency Power Unit: Tight fittings and hoses and no damage or leaks. Tight wire connections, no missing components.

Turret Rotation Motor/Gear: Tight fittings, hoses and bolts. No damage, missing components or leaks. Make sure the gears are lubricated.

Sign off on the motor/hydraulic compartment maintenance

Service Bulletins: No open service bulletins

Annual Inspection: Completed within 13 months

Labels: In place, correctly attached & readable

Limit Switches: Correctly installed & no obstructions or damage

Special Options and Approved Attachments: Correctly attached and no damage or missing components
