CAUTION: The compressed air must be clean and dry. Contaminated or humid air will extremely shorten the service life of air-operated component parts.

Check the air pressure with the FRL unit air regulator pressure gage.

If the pressure gage indication is not the specified value, adjust the source pressure to 0.5 MPa (71.1 psi).

Check the tool unclamp unit charge tank pressure regulator.

If the charge tank pressure is lower than 0.2 MPa (28.44 psi), the collet will fail to open fully and the tool cannot be unclamped completely. If the pressure is higher than 0.2 MPa (28.44 psi), the tool unclamp cylinder will fail to return to the clamp end position and the tool cannot be clamped completely.
