1000 Hourly Electrical Cabinet Fan Cleaning

DANGER: Prior to opening the electrical cabinet door, take care to ensure the plant-side power supply (circuit breaker) is turned OFF. Even when the main switch on the electrical cabinet is turned OFF, parts in the cabinet may still hold residual current resulting in an electric shock if touched accidentally.

CAUTION: If foreign matter adheres to the fan, it impairs cooling performance. Clean the fan periodically.

Disconnect the plant-side power supply (breaker).

Open the electrical cabinet door.

Remove the screws A and remove the fan body with the securing board.

NOTE: Do not remove the screws B first. Otherwise, the fan body will fall.

Remove the power connector.

Remove the screws B and remove the fan guard.
